Reporting a problem
To help us understand what happened, include:
- What you were trying to do and the steps that led to the problem.
- Your browser name and version, operating system, and any error message.
- Whether the issue occurs in the preview, during export, or in the finished video.
- Relevant file formats, video duration and export settings, if applicable.
A screenshot can help. Remove personal information and private content before sending it. Please start with a description rather than attaching your full project or original media.
Projects and privacy
We cannot access projects stored in your browser. Save a .mviz backup before clearing site data or troubleshooting a problem. Sending an attachment by email shares it with our support email services; see the Privacy Policy.
Never send passwords, login codes or payment details.
