Using ORBIT

Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in the music, images, videos, text and other content you use. ORBIT does not acquire ownership of your content or exported videos simply because you use the editor.
You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use, edit, synchronize, publish and distribute your content. This includes music, recordings, artwork, footage, fonts and any identifiable people or third-party material. Exporting through ORBIT does not grant a license to someone else’s work or guarantee that a platform will accept or monetize your video.
Acceptable use
Use ORBIT lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. Do not use the service for unlawful content, attempt to compromise the website, distribute malicious code, or disrupt access for other users.
Local storage and output
Editing and exporting happen in your browser. Keep separate backups of important projects and original media. Browser recovery storage can be replaced or cleared and is not guaranteed permanent storage. We cannot restore projects stored only on your device.
Supported formats, export speed and results depend on your browser, device, available memory and source files. Review your exported video before publishing or relying on it.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or a particular creative or commercial result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the ORBIT operator is not responsible for loss of locally stored projects or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
